SFMS: Compare to legacy SFMS

**Describe the task**
We want to test a run of data from the same seed data using the current SFMS

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] After filtering weather stations, pick a day, run our own tests to compare against current SFMS outputs. If they're relatively similar, no further action.
- [ ] Archive 7 days based on SFMS
- [ ] Ask James if he has access to data on which stations were used
- [ ] Ensure we're using the same stations as current SFMS

**Additional context**
- Pay special attention to the FWI parameter, it's the most important
- Blocked by #5206
