FireBAT: Evaluate using cffdrs_py defaults for crown_base_height and crown_fuel_load

cffdrs_py exposes \`crown_base_height\` and \`crown_fuel_load\` as parameters. We should investigate whether we can start using those defaults from the library rather than our own \`FUEL_TYPE_DEFAULTS\`.

\`PC\`, \`PDF\`, and \`CC\` (percentage conifer, percentage dead balsam fir, grass cure) may be harder to reconcile as they are station/context specific inputs rather than fuel type defaults.

Start by comparing cffdrs_py's crown_base_height and crown_fuel_load defaults with the current FUEL_TYPE_DEFAULTS. Check whether PC, PDF, and CC remain station- or context-specific inputs, then determine whether the library defaults can be adopted without replacing those inputs; done means reaching and documenting that implementation decision.
