Add the C7B Fuel Type on FBP Go
**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] C7B is available to select in the fuel types drop down menu
- [ ] The grass curing slider allows users to select a grass curing %
- [ ] The % grass curing changes the fire behaviour outputs as per the C7B fuel model
- [ ] There is some information in the fuel type drop down menu like (includes grass curing) to show users the difference between C7 and C7B
**Additional context**

- EK Q: " Do we need C7 if C7 is the same as C7 B with 100% curing? Or do we just call C7b C7? "
