Description

The PSU wants to gather structured and opportunistic feedback from users of the ASA desktop application, so that we can assess whether the we have met the operational needs for Q3 2025, and prioritize design and development work for the next iteration.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] A lightweight way to capture field feedback (like a shared notes doc or short form) is set up and shared by E.K.

- [ ] 5 distinct pieces of user feedback are collected, covering core ASA functionality.

- [ ] A concise UX findings summary is prepared in Miro to support Q4 planning, highlighting patterns, gaps, and actionable items.

- [ ] Sprint Review invitee list

- [ ] Bighorn Unit crew

**Additional Context**
Due to the unavailability of wildfire ground crew staff, since formal UX research with end users is not feasible until the end of fire season, E.K. will help gather feedback through informal conversations and observations so we can improve on ASA features.
