Description

**Describe the task**

Add current year fire perimeters and point locations to the map for reference: Only show fires with an active status (OC, UC, BH, ON).

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [x] 1. Fire points and polygons are labelled with their fire number.
- [x] 2. Fire points can be turned on/off in the legend.
- [x] 3. Fire polygons (in red) can be turned on/off in the legend.
- [ ] 4a. (Needed?) Fire points are only shown if there is no perimeter for the respective fire number.
- [x] 4b. Fires can be searched for by name or number
- [ ] 5. Need to think about what to show if users select historical dates. We could filter based on fire ignition/start date. If users select a previous year we could switch from current year fire data to historical fire data.

**Additional context**
- See example of fire status map here: https://wildfiresituation.nrs.gov.bc.ca/map
- 4 statuses: out of control, being held, under control, 'of note'
- Only show Out of control + being held
- Show point (no label) vs perimeter? Don't show both
- Complex Fires merge multiple smaller ones: point show only original fires
