**Describe the task**
Enhance the display of forecasted fire weather and fire behaviour metrics so it is clear how each day is above/below/within range of specified criteria.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [x] It is clear which forecast days are within range of specified criteria
- [x] It is clear which forecast days are below specified criteria
- [x] It is clear which forecast days and above specified criteria.

**Additional context**
- The FireWatch staff need to see at a glance, over 14 days, whether a given is in prescription or not, and what the details of the involved parameters are.
