ASA: S2 wrong critical hours

**Actual Behaviour**

S2 has only 3 critical hours, other slash fuel types are 24 hours

**Steps To Reproduce**
1. Go to ASA on May 26, 2025
2. Make sure Forecast is selected
3. Make sure Caribou Fire Centre is selected
4. Click on C5 – Chilcotin Zone
5. See S2 in table is 07:00 - 10:00 but other slash fuel types are 24 hours

**Expected Behaviour**
S2 critical hours should be correct

Start in the ASA Forecast view and reproduce the issue for Caribou Fire Centre, C5 – Chilcotin Zone, on May 26, 2025. Compare the S2 row with the other slash fuel types; done means S2 displays the correct critical hours instead of 07:00–10:00, with the relevant regression check updated if one exists.
