Description

**As a** Forecaster,

**I need** I need better consistency in the day range layout in MoreCast

**So That** I can more easily understand meteorological fluctuations visually over given time period

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] When I am shown a date range of a weather variable (temp), the days are order from left to right, past to future.
- [ ] Corresponding tools, such as Skill Scoring and Ensemble Forecasts, also use this horizontal ordering of days to align with each other.

**Additional Context**
- MoreCast was originally made with days listed as rows instead of columns, however it would have been more practical to the Forecasters to list them horizontally as this is what the majority of weather tools already do. Before we build more features into MoreCast, it would be best to address this elephant in the room.

**Definition of Done**
Day ranges in a table are listed horizontally from left to right, past to future.
Weather Models are listed vertically in the same order as the current MoreCast shows them.

Research direction

Start by locating the MoreCast date-range tables and the corresponding Skill Scoring and Ensemble Forecasts views. Trace how days and weather models are currently ordered, then verify that all date ranges run horizontally from past to future while models retain their existing vertical order.
