Description

**Describe the task**

Our existing SSO integration is configured for IDIR which relies on SiteMinder for authentication. SiteMinder is very unreliable and we have Azure IDIR as an alternative that we can switch to using SSO CSS. SSO will actually be requiring this going forward it seems.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] All IDIR logins use Azure IDIR
- [ ] Collaboard SSO ?
- [ ] Email announcement + blog post w/ Comms
- [ ] AOB ?

**Additional context**
- Ensure that ASA Go Guest access has been completed and released
- Consider any local storage based config that may be affected.
- SM to figure out deadlines + discussions w/ Forecasters

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the existing IDIR/SiteMinder SSO configuration and confirming the Azure IDIR path, then review the ASA Go Guest dependency and any local-storage impact. Done requires the listed login, Collaboard, communications, and dependency outcomes to be resolved.
