Description

**As a** PSU Team Member **I want** a place to host my Shiny app**So That** others can play with it, without having access to my machine

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Create a Sandbox/Innovation Space that PSU members can upload their apps
- [ ] Allow for the hosting of a Shiny app
- [ ] New front end to display the UI
- [ ] Enable these apps to access the weather & SFMS data that the Agile PSU has access to via an API

**Additional Context**
- Weather Forecasting Team has a Windrows Shiny app that currently reads manually FTP data
- Weather Network Team has another one to discover malfunctioning stations
