**Describe the task**
Adding to both fuel type infographic and the text bulletin, the degree of curing resulting in advisory conditions in grass fuel types.
**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Use a date lookup to determine what degree of curing was applied to grass fuel types (O-1A or O-1B) each day throughout the fire season.
- [ ] Add degree of curing next to grass fuel types in the advisory bulletin, e.g. O-1A (>= 65%)..
**Additional context**
- A batch file is used to apply degree of curing to SFMS via a GIS job.

- November 1 to July 15 - 60%
- July 16 to July 30 - 70%
- July 31 to August 15 - 80%
- August 16 - October 31- 90%
