ASA: UX Research on Weather; Wind & Thunderstorms

**User Story:**
As a FBA, I want to see relevant weather metrics in ASA so that I can gain a greater understanding of how meteorological conditions may affect the fire intensity within a given fire zone.

**Background:**
When creating FBAs, Fire Centre Staff need to reference relevant weather details posted by a potential group of two Forecasters for ASA. Research outcomes from meetings with the Forecasters and FBANs to be captured in Miro.

**Potential Acceptance Criteria:** (for refinement)
1. ASA user can see wind and thunderstorm warnings in textual format (skateboard)
2. Forecast is for a max of 24 hours
3. (HRDPS) also (NAM) models used.
4. Two forecasters collaborate for creating any warnings.
