ASA - Top Nav Label Updates

As a user of ASA, I want the navigation of the initial properties (date, data source, Fire Centre) to be responsive and legible so I can see all the options clearly.

**Background:**
To accommodate the displaying of the ASA on various device widths, the Labels of the dropdowns have been updated to be just one word. Changes of old to new below:

Date of Interest = Date
Time Frame = Source
Select Fire Centre = Centre

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by locating the ASA initial-properties navigation, verify the requested label mappings at narrow device widths, and confirm that all options remain legible.
