**As a** FBAN/Fire Centre staff
**I need** to see significant changes in potential Fire Behaviour from previous days to today
**So That** I can predict changes which catches us by surprise and are a safety concern; continued fire behaviour advisories lead to complacency #humanfactors
**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Given the HFI is over 10,000 kw/m, When there is a significant increase actual OR forecasted (from 10K to 20K HFI for example) in HFI due to wind, Then that area is shown in ASA
- [ ] Given a rapid increase in Temp and a rapid decrease in RH, When an area shows significant in HFI, Then that area is shown in ASA
- [ ] Given an area received some Precip followed by rapid increase in Temp and decrease in RH, When an area is forecasted over 4K kw/m HFI that area is shown in ASA
