Description

**Describe the task**

Exploring methods for visualizing advisory redefining areas advisory that areas fall that within the below the criteria below criteria.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] If a single, continuous 7854 sq km with at least 35 to 40% of the area being combustible within a zone, this would trigger an advisory for that zone
- [ ] A continuous 100+ km area that spans across multiple zones/fire centres would trigger an advisory in all those zones/fire centres
- [ ] Explore using raw output from SFMS HFI as well as the classified HFI

**Additional context**
- May 11, 2024 as a good test date, large high hfi areas, continuous hfi areas across zones
- E to annotate the map manually and compare it to the analysis to verify the output is useful
