Morecast: Does not display weather predictions

Forecaster EC has reported "There have also been times during the day when no wx variables are populated in the data frame. I believe this occurs when the NWP models are updating internally and between 12:30 to 1PM before the 1300 observations. I close MoreCast then come in again to solve this problem."

We don't have a screenshot yet and I haven't been able to reproduce.

No file, test, or entry point is identified. Begin by investigating Morecast's weather-variable population around 12:30–1 PM during NWP model updates, then verify that weather predictions appear without restarting the application.
