C-Haines: CORS errors requested data from object store

All requests for json/kml files from object store result in CORS errors.

1. Go to C-Haines
2. Choose a date with data
3. See errors in dev console

**Expected Behaviour**

Requests for json/kml from object store should succeed.

Reproduce the issue in C-Haines by selecting a date with data and inspecting the browser developer console. Trace the requests for the object store's JSON and KML files, then identify where their CORS behavior is configured. Done means both request types succeed without CORS errors.
