Morecast 2: Clicking model values in certain areas doesn't fill cells

**Actual Behaviour**

Clicking too close to center of cell doesn't fill forecast cell

**Steps To Reproduce**

1. Go to morecast 2
2. Click on one of the model values in a row that is forecastable
3. Notice if you click on the inner part of the cell with the text, fill doesn't work, clicking outside it between the 2 borders works

**Expected Behaviour**

Clicking anywhere in the cell should fill the forecast cell

Start by opening Morecast 2 and reproducing the issue with a forecastable row, comparing clicks on the model-value text with clicks between the cell borders. Trace the model-value cell interaction and verify that clicking anywhere in the cell fills the forecast cell.
