Description
**Describe the task**
It's time consuming to adjust and test weather model processing in general, mostly due to waiting for data processing (downloading and extracting from grib files, etc.)
Can we archive 3 weeks of grib files to reprocess locally on our machines for testing model changes? Some other method?

Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by tracing the existing weather-model GRIB download and extraction workflow, then evaluate the proposed three-week archive or another local testing method. Done means a reproducible local reprocessing path with concrete acceptance checks replacing the placeholders.
