MoreCast 2.0: Drag & Drop Columns

**Describe the task**
Brag & drop Columns:

MAY 31 Review Feature Request: _It would also be nice if we could have the wind direction and speed align side by side with all the model forecasts off to the right since I typically enter both wind speed and direction at the same time. 
Even cooler would be if we could drag & drop the columns into position so that we could order them as desired. For e.g., have the HRDPS wind direction next to my forecast wind direction and the RDPS wind speed column next to my forecast wind speed column_
