MoreCast 2.0: Updates to UI to better meet web heuristic & accessibility standards

***Right panel***
- More padding for boxes - currently rows are right next to the edge of the screens, or drop box sides and just extend rows to fill screen.
- Inconsistent headers - stations is centred and forecasts are left-justified (left-justify)
- Left-justify column headers (date/station are left-justified) (you want a consistent look/feel across the page and app)
- Shrink date column? (takes up a lot of real estate)

***Select model box access***
- Look at how we can improve the access to 'Select model to apply to column' as currently it's very hard to see
- Colour for the hover over the columns isn’t high-contrast enough, blue text is almost indistinguishable to see from the black
- Want way that's easy to see immediately (underlining column header or another selection box next to column label)
