MoreCast 2.0: Overlapping Boxes

**Actual Behaviour**

When the MoreCast 2.0 screen is reduced in width manually or viewed on a smaller monitor (14" for the screenshot), the selection boxes and save forecast button start overlapping which doesn't look good.

**Steps To Reproduce**

1. Go to main MoreCast 2.0 landing page and start shrinking the browser size width-wise or view on a smaller browser, both on Safari & Chrome browsers.

**Expected Behaviour**

Selection boxes and save forecast button should not overlap regardless of what the browser size is.

Start at the MoreCast 2.0 landing page and reproduce the overlap by narrowing the browser window in Safari or Chrome. Inspect the responsive layout for the selection boxes and save forecast button; done means they remain separate at smaller widths and the behavior is verified against the reported screenshot.
