Description

**As a** recipient of fire behaviour advisories

**I need** the ability to select a fire zone to open a text/graphical summary of the underlying fire environment associated with the advisory.

**So That** I know what conditions to watch out for to ensure the safety of myself and coworkers.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Given an Advisory is Issued for a Fire Zone, When that fire zone is selected, Then the HFI advisory layer is used to extract the Underlying Head Fire Intensity (HFI) Values
- [ ] These MIN/MAX values are to be presented to the user
- [ ] Visualization of Distribution of HFI
- [ ] HFI by Fuel Type

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are identified in the issue. Trace how an issued advisory and its fire-zone selection reach the HFI advisory layer, then determine where the summary belongs; done means showing MIN/MAX HFI, its distribution, and HFI grouped by fuel type for the selected zone.
