ASA: Zonal summary of Rate of Spread

**As a** recipient of fire behaviour advisories

**I need** the ability to select a fire zone to open a text/graphical summary of the underlying fire environment associated with the advisory.

**So That** I know what conditions to watch out for to insure the safety of myself and coworkers.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Given an Advisory is Issued for a Fire Zone, When that fire zone is selected, Then the HFI advisory layer is used to extract the Underlying Rate of Spread (RoS) Values
- [ ] These MIN/MAX values are to be presented to the user
- [ ] Visualization of Distribution of RoS
- [ ] RoS by Fuel Type
