Research direction
No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start by locating the frontend interface that navigates forecasts and actuals, then trace how issue dates and represented dates select HFI and advisory information. Done means users can choose among forecasts and the most current same-day forecast is selected, with appropriate test coverage.
