**Describe the task**
Acquire historical weather and fire ban data, and biophysical and geopolitical boundaries. Add new features to fire history.
**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Get access to historical data sets (Json and GeoJson are preferred).
- [ ] Download datasets to our object store.
- [ ] Explore the data and add features to fire history
**Additional context**
- Reanalysis weather data could be investigated if there is difficulty acquiring BCWS weather data.
