FBP Go: Automated builds with code commits

**Describe the task**
Automate Android and iOS builds with code commits.

**Acceptance Criteria**
- [ ] Assets are built automatically for the Google Play store.
- [ ] Assets are built automatically for the Apple store.
- [ ] Documentation for getting and configuring the required Apple certificates.

**Additional context**
- When building an asset for Apple, there is a certificate for the whole of BC Government. Platform Services (Shelly Han) can give devs the certificate for building apps. This certificate expires every couple months.

Start by locating the existing Android and iOS build workflows and the project’s deployment configuration. Verify how commits should trigger builds, then document the required Apple certificate setup. Done means assets are produced for Google Play and the Apple store, with certificate configuration documented.
