HFI Calculator: Prince George station displaying error but there is a forecast in WF1

**Describe the Bug**
Forecaster in PG noticing that CHETWYND (EC) is displaying an error in Dawson Creek / G7 Planning Area, but there is a forecast in the Fire Weather app. *The station is an Environment Canada station and is a bit of a problem child, but Forecaster manually ensures the forecast is complete in WF1.

**Expected Behaviour**
The CHETWYND (EC) station displays a forecast (Prince George: G7)

**Actual Behaviour**
The CHETWYND (EC) station does not display a forecast
