Description
**As a** *FBAN/Forecaster* **I want** *to write advice to crews and stakeholders that considers broader context - not just stations calculated as crossing HFI thresholds, but stations close to crossing, or wind speeds that could change conditions* **So That** *crews are advised of specific probable conditions to watch out for each day*
**Additional Context**
- The FBA automation is rigid, can't be tinkered with. Any tinkering and bigger picture perspective (all stations) is managed in the complementary Fire Behaviour Calculator. So, let's link em?
- IMPORTANT: for this to make sense/be useful, it would ideally link to a bookmarked URL of stations and fuels that exactly matches the list we're using for the FBA automation

**Acceptance Criteria**

Research direction
The issue refers to the FireBAT text editor, FBA automation, and complementary Fire Behaviour Calculator, but names no files or tests. First locate the text-editor entry point and how the automation's station and fuel list is represented; done means a prominent link opens a calculator view or bookmark matching that list and the change is manually verified.
