Description

**As a** *FBAN/Forecaster* **I want** *to write clear, actionable advice as a component of the advisory* **So That** *dispatchers can read the advice over the radio to crews and/or end users including crew and exec can interpret what is happening today. This advice informs crew safety plans and potentially tactics.*

**Additional Context**
- the text area supports basic formatting: bold, underline, italics, line breaks/paragraphs
- the text area has a very generous 250 word limit (this is too long, but I'm scared to restrict too much without more UXR)
- thinking ahead: the length of copy will impact export to PDF and be quite variable by FC/FBAN/Daily conditions
- here is placeholder copy we can use from a Cariboo advisory
- The advisory is for C3, C7, and slash fuel types for the whole fire centre except the Bowron Lake Chain area and East of Quesnel Lake. From 13:00-20:00 there is potential for intermittent crown fire when winds exceed 10 km/hr, and crown fires from 13:00-21:00 when winds exceed 10 km/h. There is potential for Crown Fire from Anahim Lake to Riske Creek, Meadow Lake to Young Lake, and Horsefly from 16:00-19:00 when winds exceed 15 km/hr. For slash fuel types there is potential for fire intensity to exceed 10,000 kw/m throughout the day, with rates of spread up to 20 m/min. This is a result of dry fuels, high temperatures, and low RH values.
