Oh deer! We have two tools with the same name. That won't do.

**Acceptance Criteria**

- [ ] The URL, page title, and references in the code all match (Fire Behaviour Calculator)
- [ ] The testing links in Github are re-labelled
- [ ] FireBAT becomes Fire Behaviour Calculator
- [ ] FireBAT bookmark becomes Fire Behaviour Calculator - Kamloops bookmark
- [ ] Fire Behaviour Advisory becomes Fire Behaviour Advisory Tool
- [ ] A new testing link is snuck in, to diversify beyond Kamloops to also include Southeast
