### List of offices and employees headquartered in a 32km radius of another office

I am not sure if this is a new dashboard or a change to our existing dashboard. Staffing is requesting an automated process and visualization that can be used to identify staff that are 32km or less from an office. Enclosed is the spreadsheet provided, and JJ is the contact for this work

We had/have no readily available dataset for distances between offices.
To identify employees headquartered within 32kms of a specific office, we had
to first identify which offices were within the 32km radius.

To determine which offices to include when identifying employees
headquartered within 32km, we used google maps to manually measure the
straight-line distance between adjacent offices.

As mentioned, we have no readily available dataset for distance between
offices, so this may be a new dashboard? I can think off the top of my head a
couple of other items that may be valuable to include or “retrofit” with this
distance between offices information. The notes column was included in the ‘EE’s Hq’d 32km from the 4 offices’
spreadsheet was included because some employees while headquartered at an
office within 32km may be unavailable due to being on TA, Leave, or other.

I’m also curious if this dataset could be worked into a future version
of the Access Database replacement project that Darshan is currently working
on. '

March 18 update: JJ and Darshan have briefly spoken about this and it will be an RFSA application feature - no other details have been established on this...added Darshan to the ticket
