Reminder Flag Employee ID

Employee ID is optional for new employee creation, there should be a reminder mechanism to ensure that such employees without an Employee ID aren't forgotten about and it is eventually supplied in the application.

Erin: "When the employee record is created, if the EE ID field is left blank, can there be a countdown clock that activates and after say two weeks, the record is flagged as a reminder to complete this field? I am not sure how the flag would work. A generated email for the user that created the record, notification when they log into the system, email to the Facilities Inbox, or a generated report.
