Position Numbers - Future State

To put workspace on hold our criteria needed is: target office, program, branch, position number, position title.
Current state for the application will be mirror the DB and to use a text field for position numbers on the workspace record. We currently capture all information in a notes field.

Future need we will need to flush out a better way to automate the process. The information already exists before our team receives it.

1. Future integrated version >> search for position number >> info should populate in app (table to pull from can be created) >> have a button for assigning workspace (IE. if CS is position, then protected spaces come up) >> pick workspace.

2. Select a button to put workspace on hold, but before you proceed, it asks for position number >> we enter number and pulls info relevant from Application Data. It should be able to identify any duplications such as from TAs. Some scenarios might produce edge cases like with Non-SDD as we do not require a position number for those. Perhaps it could be set up like when Non'SDD branch and program area doesn't require the position title?
