Leaves - Tracking

Can we include a data field to identify which employees are on a type of leave. This will enable the team to filter and generate a report, which will help for equipment, work space and transfer needs.

Frequented types of leave to track are: Pending LTD, Approved LTD, Maternity/Paternity Leave, Short Term Illness. This is related to Ticket 200 temporary assignments.

For Leaves we need to track the start dates, end dates. Some leaves do not have determined return to work dates like LTD. It could be a couple of months or years for an employee to come back to work.

Maternity/Paternity Leaves - retain workspace and assets/phones are recalled.
LTD Leaves - release workspace and assets/phones are recalled.
Short Term Illness - retain workspace and assets/phones. (dependent on time frame)

Could this include a notification as a reminder for when the employee is returning that is tied to the date so we know to update the record, reassign a workspace and asset/device? Include a notification for LTD is approved to indicate removing workspace at that point. Pending LTD indicates equipment recalls.
