Deleting EE - asset error

Can we have the functionality that when we try to delete an employee who still has an asset listed - an error message comes up and prevents the deletion of the record until the assets have been removed from the employee record.

This was previously discussed in a Biweekly update call as a core functionality as we don't want orphaned records.

We shouldn't be able to delete an employee until their asset is recalled. We need to be able to keep track of what assets employees have.
