Add Public Job Bank Kiosks

Need to think about public job kiosks that won't be assigned to an employee but an office?

"Hi Darshan,

JJ and I discussed the Kiosks that are included in the Database and these assets will need to be tracked in the new application. I have gone into the DB and cleaned up all the Kiosk information for the 67 assets. I exported a list and attached in case you need it.

Data to include for each device will be:
Office number
Hardware – “Kiosk” option added for hardware type
Asset tag – can be refreshed like other assets
IDIR – this is standard and same IDIR for all devices “DJENKINS”
Assigned to (name) Public JobBank Kiosk
Operating System – these will eventually be Windows upgraded, so will need to track if windows 10 or 11

I have tracked this in a card in GitHub. Not sure if you want to change the task card to your name for tracking purposes as I shouldn’t need to do anything else for this information, but test when it is ready.

In current version, Kiosks do not show in the application.
Considerations:
All kiosks are assigned the Shirley's IDIR (previous note above from last year said Dave, but has been updated to Shirley). First version could include the assumption they are assigned to Shirley, and coding not needed to assign to her as special circumstance.
Kiosks need to be assigned to an office.
Changes are rarely required to kiosks unless a device was stolen and needs to be replaced.
Kiosks can be added occasionally to inventory when a net new one is needed for an office move, or replacement.
