Description
1. How will it work once the App is launched on April 20? Do we go straight to darshan for updates for bugs if needed and till what date?
2. Once this handover period starts, and I stop using GitHub to track, what will be the process to get updates or report bugs during this stabilization period.
3. Use MMSD to submit a ticket and they go to OCIO? Submit straight to OCIO and can I do this as an authorized user already and done courses?
4. What ticket do we use to submit and does it exist already? Is their a KB article for this?
5. If so, how do they want the tickets submitted? Need screenshots? is there a format?
6. Find out plan, communicate new process with the team. Train them or are we responsible for submitting?
