Application Future - Admin Access

1. Admin user - will this involve making a back end dashboard? If so, how much effort will this take and how long to do this? Is this in the project long term plan as this will be needed to support the ET, SUF, and APP. As the program is designed in Open Shift, can we confirm the only way to make admin changes will be by changing the coding itself? Does a dashboard need to be included in the new charters for future versions?
2. Submit a request into MMSD? Is there a ticket for this as I don't see one besides general? Will be very technical for changes and need to ensure if funnelling through ISD portal, exact changes are communicated into the OCIO portal?
3. As I am an authorized user, can we skip the ISD queue, and I submit the tickets directly to OCIO? Is there a ticket for this as don't see one? What will be the process on Connected Services side?
4. What will the wait times be for both queues. Can there be a designated person on each side if needed and they can pull from the main queue?
