Reminder for missing IDIR

Once IDIR is made optional for new employee creation, there needs to be a reminder mechanism to ensure that such employees without an IDIR aren't forgotten about and an IDIR is indeed eventually supplied

Erin: "When the employee record is created, if the IDIR field is left blank, can there be a countdown clock that activates and after say two weeks, the record is flagged as a reminder to complete this field? I am not sure how the flag would work. A generated email for the user that created the record, notification when they log into the system, email to the Facilities Inbox, or a generated report. Not sure if that is possible, but just some enhancement ideas to look at further down the road."
