Description
Issue:
Currently the Home Button equivalent is to select the British Columbia logo located in the header to reset the search function.
1. Can we make a static Home Button located in the Header?
2. If there is going to be a static footer in the website, perhaps we could have a home button located there as well to help with scrolling.
