[BUG - Admin]When changes made by "Set schedule" or from the calendar, the loading image or confirmation is delayed to display

### Issue:
- On the Capacity calendar, when changes are made, it take a minute or so to even display the loading image and the confirmation toast.

### Steps to reproduce:
- Navigate to Admin on TEST: https://admin.test-reserve.bcparks.ca/
- Login as Super Admin
- Navigate to the Inventory-> Capacity
- Make changes from "Set schedule" or from the calendar
- Check how long it takes to display the toast message and loading image

### Expected behaviour:
- If the calendar needs time to update and process the changes, the loading image should be displayed while that is happening from the background and the loading image should be displayed immediately with the confirmation toast message.
- If possible add the loading image when the calendar is loading when user pick the filters.
