Recommendation Package Function

Staff have to provide decision makers with recommendation materials when they forward a plan for decision. At present the staff provide that information by email or paper to the decision maker but then they are not closely tied (connected) with the RUP itself.

Either attachment or fields to add the content. Likely SME brainstorm to discuss what is being included around the province for decision materials.
