All AUM values should round and display whole numbers only

I thought I'd looked at all this right around when we did #560 and looked like everything was displaying properly at that point. I remember dealing with a situation where the schedule was displaying a rounded whole number but was comparing the unrounded calculated total AUMs from the schedule with the authorized and pulling an error that was hard to recognize. Example: schedule calculating to 100.2 but displaying 100 and showing a schedule error because the total AUMs (100.2) exceeded the authorized 100.
