Description
**SIGNING-IN**
- [ ] will sign in using IDIR
- [ ] when a DM goes on holidays they delegate their tasks to another person (delegated decision maker -DDM) by way of a letter — similar to agency agreement
- [ ] DDM will need access to MyRA when the DM is away for a set period of time — ideally that would be put in place before DM leaves but I can guarantee that it will get missed regularly so it may need to be a manual entry (with some good checks and balances) so likely not see thing we want range staff in general to be able to do
- [x] it is occasionally the case that the DM temporarily or permanently delegates decision making to a range staff person meaning that the staff person would have two possible roles associated with their IDIR — staff person (edit function on agreements assigned to them) and decision maker (view and signing authority for all agreements in their district)
**WORK QUEUE**
- [ ] ALL RUPs for their district(s) that have reached a decision point (i.e. anything awaiting decision/determination or anything that has had a decision/determination made) need to be in the DMs WQ
- [ ] one DM may have more than one district assigned (ex. DVA and MCK)

Research direction
The issue does not name files, tests, or entry points. Begin by locating the sign-in and Work Queue areas, then review how IDIR roles, delegated decision makers, districts, and decision-point RUPs are represented. Done means the stated sign-in, delegation, role, district, and Work Queue requirements are implemented and verified.
