Search is weak on fuzzy matching range name

**Describe the bug**
Searching `big` does not yield RUP with range name: `big $Money long name Ranch`

**Expected Behaviour**
It should show up in results.

**Actual Behaviour**
No results

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Make a rup with name `big $Money long name Ranch`
Search for it as AH.
See nothing.
