Yearly schedules display updates to improve readability

**To change**

- `date in` display mmm dd only (no yyyy)
- `date out` display mmm dd only (no yyyy)
- `# of animals` slightly wider to accommodate a 3 digit number
- `Pasture` slightly wider if possible to accommodate longer pasture names (or is wrapping an option in this field? How big would that be?)
- `Schedule Description` needs disclaimer that "Schedule description is not required but if completed is legal content" On iPad it is in smaller print below the field. I'm open to other locations.
