Description
**REQUIREMENTS**
- some individuals have more than one agreement and a different agent for each RAN (ex. Douglas Lake with ranch managers) --> could be set up either from a RAN focus or an individual focus. Since agency agreements are on file and files are by RAN lets go with RAN as starting point
- ideally this process could be managed completely by an agreement holder within the system --> first step process is to have staff involved in administration of the agreements (so they are kept in the loop)
- [ ] staff person (admin?) can type/select a RAN from their district
- [ ] list of agreement holders is shown
- [ ] one or more agreement holders can be selected (people who don't want to sign)
- [ ] if agent is in system -- select from existing list (ex. another AH)
- [ ] if not already in system -- add name and email address
- [ ] agents not currently in system receive email with instructions to obtain BCeID and initiate account in MyRangeBC
- [ ] staff knows when a new agent has logged in to MyRangeBC and needs to be linked as an agent (either automated or from instructions to agent user to email them)
- [ ] staff to finalize agreement through confirming that names/BCeIDs (this is more important for existing agreements -- do we need to do this staff step? @LisaMoore1 to find out)
- [ ] agents having accounts (will be all - either new through process above or existing) will receive email with agreement information and link to visit to confirm agent status
- [ ] confirming agent status screen to have stock language from range branch (reviewed by legal) and may include options for "long term - until revoked" or "time bound" (first run could be long term with requirement to revoke when desired time has elapsed)
- [ ] agency agreements must be identified as either "in effect" or "not in effect" (ex. revoked or expired)
- [ ] once agency agreement in place the agent can:
- [ ] receive ALL notifications, see all content and take all action of the AH for whom they act as agent
- [ ] AH still received all content and can take all action if they choose (either AH OR agent can take actions)
- [ ] agent information is available in RUP basic information (either always or option to view) for any RUP version created/signed during a time in which agent(s) are in place
- [ ] staff have option to revoke an agency agreement upon request of the AH (Is a signed request by an AH adequate to send an invite for confirmation from the agent? @LisaMoore1 to confirm)
NB: had considered that a different process could exist for agreements already on file but if we have to confirm with agents on existing ones anyway we might as well prepare our stock agency agreement language and update them to the new digital version
