Description
**REQUIREMENTS**
- [ ] Decision Maker (DM) can open a RUP awaiting decision from the queue
- [ ] all sections of the RUP can be viewed but not edited
- [ ] staff recommendation is easily accessed for review
- [ ] DM has option to "Make decision now"
- [ ] DM sees approval checklist which includes
- [ ] conforms with FRPA
- [ ] includes actions sufficient to address Minister's Issues
- [ ] includes measures to prevent the introduction or spread of invasive plants
- [ ] is consistent with other requirements including those identified in "additional requirements"
- [ ] has had sufficient consultation
- [ ] all items in approval checklist must be checked if the decision maker wishes to "approve" an RUP/mandatory amendment
- [ ] DM can select from "Approve", "Approve with Conditions", "Not Approved - Further Work Required", "Not Approved"
- [ ] if "Approve with Conditions" is selected the decision maker must select which (checkbox?) which conditions they wish to include
- [ ] the DM may edit the conditions submitted by staff
- [ ] the DM may add a condition not identified by the staff person
- [ ] the DM must enter text into a field labelled "Decision Rationale" for all "not approved" decisions
- [ ] the DM may enter text into a field labelled "Decision Rationale" for "approved" decisions
- [ ] where the DM selects "Not approved - Further Work Required" the further work described by the staff is visible and the DM may either leave as is or edit before making decision
- [ ] the DM sees "confirm" (signing) language prior to confirming they wish to make the decision
- [ ] approval decisions result in a change of status to the plan (to reflect that it is or will be current legal when the start date is reached)
- [ ] not-approved decisions are moved back (and identifiable) to the staff work queue for them to discuss the outcome with the AH using the preferred communication method
