Designs: Protected Area Page - Updates

Plan and design for an updated version of the protected area page that contains things within a park like sites, campgrounds etc. Lots of unknowns around what will be included but this ticket can sort out a starting place to determine the information architecture and navigation. New things can be added later.

Updating this page will happen during a 2nd iteration of sites where they live within a protected area page in a different layout than current.
